JobFlow (“the Extension”) is a Chrome extension designed to save job postings to your JobFlow account. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our Extension.

- Job application data you choose to save is transmitted to and stored in your JobFlow account database
- Your authentication credentials are managed securely through our authentication provider
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. Your data is only:
- Stored in your personal JobFlow account
- Processed locally within the Extension

- Delete your JobFlow account, which removes all your data from our servers
8. Permissions Explanation
The Extension requires the following permissions:
- storage: To save your authentication state and preferences
- activeTab: To access the content of job listing pages when you're viewing them
- scripting: To run code that extracts job information from web pages
- tabs: To detect when you're visiting job sites and provide relevant functionality
- host permission (
<all_urls>): To identify and parse job listings across various job board websites
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the Extension with notifications of major changes.
